I'm back from San Francisco. Those of you that watched the Launch Webcast, you got to see just a taste of what's new with Inventor and our Digital Prototyping solution for 2011. You can watch it here if you missed it by following this link: http://www.autodesk.com/webcast. I'm not going to try and tell you all about the 2011 line of products in one post, rather we're going to go in depth into the new functionalities in multiple posts over the next month or so.
On Thursday morning I posted a new playlist on my YouTube channel. All 10 of our What's New demos covering everything from Direct Manipulation to Alias Design for Inventor.Click this link to send you to the playlist: Autodesk Inventor 2011. Have a look at the videos and let me know what you want more information on. We have a ton of posts planned already, but in that I'm a people pleaser... it's easy to adjust.
So, much, much more to come. Check out what Al Dean and the guys at Devlop3D had to say about it here. His Tweet he sent to me said it all if you saw it, something about bodily functions and excitement... Dude is hilarious.
Deelip Menezes also has a review series going on at Deelip.com. Why all the links you ask? Just to give you a chance to see some of the early takes on 2011, because you're going to get plenty of them from me and the rest of the guys soon enough.
It's Saturday so where'd I put my wooden leg...? Cheers!
